Suggested Use

By Weight:

• Up to 100 lb: 1.0 mL
• 100 – 180 lb: 1.5 mL
• 180 – 250 lb: 2.0 mL
• Over 250 lb: 2.5 mL

Use 2 times daily.

Starting Dose: We recommend starting with 1/2 single dose under the tongue at bedtime for the first week. Gradually increase to the indicated dose both morning and night as tolerated. Shake bottle for 1 minute. Dispense and hold under the tongue for 2 minutes, or use as recommended by your healthcare provider.
